These are the rules that govern your account and your use of the 33xx platform. We have written them in plain English so they are actually readable. Please go through them before you register or deposit — they matter.

By registering an account on the 33xx platform at 33xx.im, by logging into an existing account, or by placing any bet or wager on any game offered by 33xx, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33xx.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register, log in or use the 33xx platform in any way. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
These terms apply to every 33xx service: the Online Casino, Aviator Game, Fishing Games, Ludo Games, Poker and the VIP Club. They apply equally to mobile app users and browser-based users.
You must be at least 18 years of age to hold a 33xx account and to use any service on the platform. 33xx takes its age verification obligations seriously. If there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, 33xx reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal or allowing continued gameplay. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited.
Each person may hold only one active 33xx account. This means one account per person, per household address, per mobile number, per payment method and per device. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must contact 33xx support immediately to have the duplicate closed. Deliberately operating more than one account — whether in your own name or under another person's credentials with their knowledge — is considered multi-accounting and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate and current information. Your mobile number, name and payment details must match your real identity. 33xx may request proof of identity and address at any point. Providing false information during registration or verification is a material breach of these terms.
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your 33xx account. Keep your password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 33xx support immediately. Any gameplay or financial transactions that occur before you report unauthorised access are your responsibility.
33xx accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit stated in these terms, though individual payment processors may impose their own limits.
Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your 33xx wallet instantly. Bank transfer (IBFT) deposits are credited upon confirmation from the receiving bank, which typically occurs within the same business day. Card deposits are subject to standard bank processing times.
33xx does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet may charge transaction fees on their end — these are outside 33xx's control and are your responsibility to check before depositing.
Withdrawal requests at 33xx are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. If a direct return is not possible, 33xx will contact you to arrange an alternative method. Withdrawals are always processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

33xx offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Every bonus is subject to specific terms that are stated in the promotional material for that offer. The general rules in this section apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
Most bonuses at 33xx carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) that must be bet before the bonus funds become withdrawable. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires Rs 10,000 in total wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Always read the specific terms attached to each promotion before claiming it. The wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum deposit and expiry date for every bonus are stated clearly in the promotion details on the 33xx platform.
Points earned through gameplay in the 33xx VIP Club accumulate toward tier advancement. VIP benefits including enhanced withdrawal speeds, reload bonuses and tournament access are governed by the specific VIP Club terms available in the VIP section of the platform. 33xx reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds and benefits with 7 days' notice to affected players.
33xx is committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account action.
Each game category on the 33xx platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general terms, the game-specific rule takes precedence for matters relating to that game's mechanics, and these general terms take precedence for matters relating to accounts, payments and conduct.
If your connection drops during an active game session at 33xx, the outcome depends on the game type. For Aviator, an active auto cash-out target continues to execute on the server regardless of your connection status. For live casino games, 33xx's game providers apply their own disconnection rules, which are stated in the game information panel. 33xx accepts no liability for losses attributable to your internet connection or device performance.
In the event of a verifiable technical error on the 33xx platform — including incorrectly displayed odds, malfunctioning game outcomes or system failures — 33xx reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. 33xx will not honour winnings arising from obvious errors, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time.
33xx reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to investigate a potential breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, unusual transaction patterns, or to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, make deposits or request withdrawals. 33xx will aim to resolve investigations within 10 business days and will communicate outcomes to the account holder.
Confirmed breaches of these terms — including multi-accounting, fraud, chargebacks, collusion and money laundering — result in permanent account closure. Balances in permanently closed accounts are forfeited where the closure is due to player misconduct. Where 33xx closes an account for compliance reasons unrelated to player fault, the real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after due diligence is complete.
You may close your 33xx account at any time by contacting support at support@33xx.im. Before closing, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements are forfeited on voluntary closure.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any 33xx content. You may not use the 33xx brand name, logo or any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33xx's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time of the claim. 33xx is not liable for:

33xx reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 33xx platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may close your account before the effective date and your real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
